Can I use a coupon code?

Yes! You can apply coupon codes during checkout. Enter the code and click "Redeem" or “Apply” to apply the discount.

My coupon code isn't working. Why?

Common coupon issues:

• "This coupon code is not valid": Check the code spelling and ensure it's still active
• "This coupon code has expired": The coupon is no longer valid
• "This coupon cannot be applied to your selected plan": Some coupons are destination or plan-specific

What if my payment fails?

Payment can fail for several reasons:
