Can I get a refund on my eSIM purchase?
Yes! You can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, but only if:
- The eSIM plan has not been activated
- No data has been consumed
- You contact our customer support team with your email address, order reference number, and reason for refund
What if I activate my eSIM but don't use any data?
Unfortunately, once an eSIM is activated (regardless of data usage), it becomes ineligible for refund. Activation immediately voids refund eligibility.
My device isn't eSIM compatible. Can I get a refund?
If you discover device compatibility issues within 30 days and haven't activated the eSIM, you may be eligible for a refund. However, it's your responsibility to verify device compatibility before purchase as stated in our Terms of Service.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3-7 business days. You'll receive email confirmation of the refund request and completion.
I have multiple eSIM plans. Can I refund just one?
Yes! If you've purchased multiple plans, each has independent refund eligibility based on:
- Individual 30-day windows from each purchase date
- Individual activation status
- You can refund unactivated plans while keeping activated ones
